Reporting bugs

If a specific PDF produces wrong output, including the source file (or a smaller PDF that reproduces the same issue) makes debugging much faster. Mentioning the browser version helps too.

New layout types (mini-zine, accordion, perfect-bound), settings, or workflow improvements are all welcome.
